Returns are accepted with 14 days of receipt. Customer pays return shipping, and refunds are processed as long as product is in original condition.

Refunds are processed only if wrong item was received or customer experienced other seller-caused problems.

We usually ship within 5 business days (for most orders) after receiving an order, not including the day of receipt itself. This gives us time to carefully manufacture your order by hand and ensure that its quality is up to our exacting standards. 

We never share your information with any other organization, nor does anyone besides our host site have any access to it.

All beeswax is sourced from local bee farms. We strive to minimize plastic use and use only recyclable or recycled materials in production and shipping.
